Acceptance

Using this site, buying a key, or running Vanta means you have read these Terms of Service and agree to them, along with the contact details we publish here. You must be old enough to agree on your own, or have a parent or guardian's permission where your local law asks for it.

No link to Rockstar, Cfx.re or FiveM

Vanta is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Cfx.re, FiveM, or Susano's creators. Grand Theft Auto V, FiveM, and their names and logos stay the property of their owners.

Following the rules that apply to you is your job, not ours. That includes Rockstar's End User License Agreement, the Cfx.re and FiveM terms and community policies, the rules of any server you join, and the law where you live.

Vanta gives you no rights over GTA V, FiveM, Susano, or anyone else's content, and we do not tell you to break anyone's terms. Running client menus or mods can get you kicked, restricted, or banned by servers, Cfx.re, or Rockstar. That risk is yours.

1. How you may use it

Do not use Vanta to break the law, to harass or defraud anyone, to spread malware, to infringe someone's rights, or to tamper with servers or players without permission. Respect the rules of every community and server you play on. Your key is yours alone: no reselling, sharing, or sub-licensing it unless we agree to that in writing.

2. Keys and payment

A key is personal and cannot be transferred unless we say otherwise. Prices and payment options can change, and the amount you owe is the one shown when you check out. Purchases are final and we do not give refunds, unless a law that applies to you requires one.

3. Support and updates

We help through our published channels, mainly Discord. While your licence is active you receive the updates that come with your plan. We cannot promise any specific feature will arrive later.

4. Ownership

Vanta, its name, look, and code belong to us or to the people we licence them from. You get only the rights written into these terms. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or redistributing Vanta without permission is not allowed.

5. No warranty

Vanta is provided "as is" and "as available", as far as the law allows. We do not promise it will run without faults, work with every server or mod, or keep you safe from bans or other action by third parties.

6. Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profit, lost data, action taken by a platform or server, or things other people do. If we are ever found liable, the most we owe is what you paid for your licence in the twelve months before the problem arose.

7. Indemnity

If a third party brings a claim because of how you used Vanta, because you broke these terms, or because you broke Rockstar, FiveM, Susano, or server rules, you agree to cover us and the people running the service for it.

8. Ending access

We may pause or stop your access to updates or support if you seriously break these terms, commit fraud, or abuse the service. You can stop using Vanta whenever you like; money already paid is not refunded.

9. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms by posting a new version on this page. If you keep using Vanta after a meaningful change, that counts as accepting it, unless the law requires us to ask you again.

For sales, support, or questions about your rights, reach us through the official channels linked on this site, mainly our Discord. For a consumer claim, tell us the country you live in and your order reference.
